After consideration, it was decided to relocate the bathroom and install the kitchen in its place. This created spaciousness in the hallway and a direct connection from the kitchen to the living room. The apartment's floor plan no longer has any wasted square footage

This apartment is located on the top floor of a 1930s building. The residents needed an additional bedroom and a walk-in closet. There were other areas in the spatial solution that needed improvement, such as the maze-like hallway. Several walls were torn down and the kitchen was moved to the dining area connected to the living room. The bathroom was slightly expanded and the desired walk-in closet was built adjacent to the master bedroom.
